The NeuroPerformance Model™
We don't start with your diagnosis. We start with how your brain is working. Usually one or two problems drive the rest. The NeuroPerformance Model finds them and treats them in the right order.

Identify the primary driver
Measure every system, then read the findings together to find what drives your symptoms.

Prioritize
Order treatment by the hierarchy of function, guided by embryology and neurophysiology, so foundational systems come first.

Treat
Apply targeted input to the driver.

Reinforce
Structured, repeated exercises with intensity adjusted to you, so gains hold.

Re-evaluate
Re-test and adjust the plan.
Three questions your brain answers every second
These answers should be automatic, so your attention is free for thinking and focus. When they are slightly off, your brain generates prediction errors and has to compensate. You feel it as dizziness, fog, tension or fatigue.
Where am I in relation to gravity?
Where is my body in space?
Where is the world around me?
What we measure
When the brain compensates all day, it is like a computer with too many tabs open. It slows down and the battery drains.

Eye movements (VOG/vHIT)
How precisely and quickly your eyes track, shift and hold steady.

Balance and sway patterns (CAPS)
How your body organizes itself against gravity, and which way it drifts.

Postural reflexes
The automatic responses that keep you upright.

Muscle and fascial tone
Felt by hand and observed in movement.
Physical limits on recovery, such as blood flow to the brain.
Each is graded on efficiency, speed, accuracy and endurance, then read together. Your brain doesn't process these signals in isolation, so neither do we.
Factors that can hold progress back.

For Clinicians
NeuroPerformance Evaluation
Assessment integrates oculomotor function, posturography and sway vector analysis, postural reflexes, and palpated and observed myofascial tone, to evaluate gravitational, egocentric and allocentric spatial maps and screen for constraints such as cerebral perfusion. Inaccurate maps generate persistent sensory prediction errors, which drive autonomic threat responses and consume attentional resources. Findings are graded on efficiency, speed, accuracy and endurance and read together. Delivered through Venn Med's i4 and F4 Comprehensive Care frameworks, created by Dr. Demian.
Advanced Clinical Insights
Complex systems are non-linear. Improvement comes from influencing key nodes, not correcting each deficit in sequence. Keystone drivers are treated first. Referral information is on the For Clinicians page.
Dr. Demian's i4™ and F4 Comprehensive Care™ frameworks deliver a second-line resource for complex neurological cases, bridging the gap between diagnosis and intensive functional recovery.
