How long is the first assessment?
About two hours. This comprehensive evaluation includes neurological testing, eye movement analysis, and a detailed clinical discussion to find the driver of your symptoms.
Do I need a referral from a doctor?
No, we do not require a referral. However, we need your previous medical reports and test results to ensure a complete clinical picture for your care.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Bring your medical history and any relevant diagnostic reports. We recommend comfortable clothing and a device to keep you hydrated during your session.
Can I come for intensive care if I don't live in Toronto?
Yes. We offer intensive care programs for patients across Canada and abroad. We have built options for both in-person travel to Toronto and local care.
How do you measure progress?
We track changes in symptom load, objective test results, daily function, and confidence. We use a combination of clinical observation and patient-reported outcomes.
Is this only for concussion care?
No. While we specialize in post-concussion care, our NeuroPerformance Model™ is used for a wide range of neurological conditions including dizziness, FND, and performance issues.
